They should take him on a convoy patrol in a general's uniform and accidentally have him captured by iraqi militants.

So much animosity from supposedly civilized people. LOL...

He suffered from schizophrenia and paranoia: could that not have played a big
part in what happened? I think so, and in consideration of this, incarceration is
a much more fitting punishment.

Shouldn't they have picked that up in some kind of psych evaluation? He was in the 101st...

I can imagine you would want to do everything to make sure a mentally unstable person DOESN'T get ahold of any kind of fire power.....
