Well besides the incredibly tacky name on the game its a complete rip off of GTA: Vice city.

It's not the first..

...still looks cool to me.. the lifestyle is a little more "authentic", atleast in the movie's terms.

Except it's not a rip-off of GTA:VC because GTA:VC got 90% of it's ideas from Scarface. Now this game is trying to copy the success of Vice City, but that doesn't mean it's a rip-off. I think the game will suck though, especially since the crime-action genre wore it's welcome out 3 years ago.
