Is that even legally safe to drive for the person driving the car and for others around if it gets in a reck?

I don't see why it would be.

It's no higher then a cargo bigrig, so obstructing sight wouldn't be a problem.

And if anyone was worried about shit flying off a car in a wreck then flatbed trucks wouldn't be able to carry farm animals, giant sparklet water bottles, ect. in them.

Yes but im sure he doesnt have a license to have that shit on his car. To drive a truck like that you have license by the state,

That's getting into state law, and dealing with individual states laws is a bitch to do, because we don't even know what state that car is being drivin in, and we don't know that states law for "random shit on top of your car". (It could even be being drivin in Canada)

Well let's just assume that you do require a liscense to drive with something like that on your car in the state it's being drivin in.

If someone were to go through all the trouble of putting it onto their car and drive it around I'd imagine they'd want to get a liscense also. (You can tell it's probably being used as transportation as well because it's parked next to other cars in what appears to be a parking lot)

well it can be considered a distraction. You might now look twice at a pen full of pigs or a trailer, but when the makalaka god of drooling doom and its shrine of death comes rolling up next to you, your gonna do a double take, taking your eyes of the road.
