Bite down on the tips of both your pinkies, with the nails touching your top teeth.. Hold that for about a minute, biting pretty hard, and then take both your pinkies and lock them together and pull them apart.. see what happens.

Also, if you ever buy Big Red gum, take one of the foil wrappers off a peice, lick the white side of it and stick it to your forehead. See what happens. biggrin:

This ones great..

Stand inside any doorway with your hands at your side, now push your hands out so the backs of both hands are against the two sides of the doorway and push out as hard you can for about a minute, then walk out of the doorway, its freaking crazy. Make sure you push hard tho.

Here i found a guy who explained the pinkie thing better:

Lock your pinkies together and pull apart. No problem eh? Now bite down pretty hard (hard enough so that it hurts, but not too hard so that you can't hold it there) for about 30 seconds.
Now lock your pinkies and pull apart.

Man i suck at explaining.

Well, something I like to do is mix cereals in this plastic cereal box, and I usually put half and half to fill up the box, and use the other two halves for when its empty. Kix and Cheerios are splendid. Corn flakes and Chex are stupendous. And Raisin Bran and oat clusters are outrageous. OUT-RAG-EOUS.
