Seen that kinda thing done in a pc magazine years ago, just some oils you can put electrical components into and they work fine. I don't think the fans or anything spin but usually the oil keeps a pretty cool temperature.

They need to develope a liquid/ oil made for this purpose, vegetable oil can stink after awhle.. bad...
