Thats what i was thinking of, that and usually fps games level design is dumbed down for consoles to make it easier to navigate with a joypad. mad:
Graphically it might suffer as well, quake 4 on the xbox360 has lower poly models than the pc version. Depends if raven (i think) want to be arsed making higher res models for the pc.
