Default Uninstalling firefox completely? - 12-17-2005, 04:40 AM
My firefox came up saying it needed an undate of one of my themes so i installed it and it completely fucked up firefox. Im getting some random code on the bottom of my screen, my theme page wont load allowing me to change theme and half the time firefox wont even load.

Ive tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but I still have the same problem. What do I need to delete to start again?

i would assume that you should go to your C:\Documents and Settings\Jordan\Application Data\Mozilla folder, but obviously the folder wont be in that exact location as im sure your username isnt jordan. Make sure you ahve view hidden files on (tools>folder options>view>show hidden files and folders. and just delete that whole directory. it should get rid of your profiles n what not. let us know if it works.

do a search for anything tht says firefox on your comp and delete. then check and see if for some reason you may have registries that have to do with firefox. if so, delete'em.
