she was really drunk, if I'm thinking of the right episode, she was still rambling after they cuffed her and tried to figure out the rest of the situation and what they were gonna do.

Yeah, Cops is awesome, I love when they find all the really drunk/stoned people that are too wasted to even respond or act. Once they busted two guys who were huffing paint and they had to walk them over to the cop car but the guys brains were so fried they could barely walk so they looked like zombies walking around with police helping them so they didn't fall over.

"Cop: We're responding to calls that a man high on crack cocaine is in the area harassing people and allegedly stole a car.

*Cops arrive on scene*
