Well.. I have decided to get back onto my old workout regime. I have been slacking ever since college started.. HELL I have not even been to the gym in 4 months... loney: ..... So I decided to whoop up a weekly regime.
Monday: 1 Bowl All-Bran
2 Green Tea Extract Tablets "1 morning/1 night"
50mg of vitamin C
3 servings of fruit & veggies.
3 flat meals a day consisting of decent meats./ minimal carbs
25mg of magnesium before bed. "for the best sleep of your life"
Tuesday: 1 Bowl All-Bran
2 Green Tea Extract Tablets "1 morning/1 night"
50mg of vitamin C
2 servings of fruit & veggies.
1 hour workout. "Legs/Chest"
1 Creatine ATP Shake
1 Whey Protein Shake
3 flat meals a day consisting of decent meats./ minimal carbs
25mg of magnesium before bed. "for the best sleep of your life"
Wednesday: 1 Bowl All-Bran
2 Green Tea Extract Tablets "1 morning/1 night"

3 servings of fruit & veggies.
1 hour workout. "Back/stomach"

3 flat meals a day consisting of high carbs, and decent protein.

Thursday: 1 Bowl All-Bran

1 hour workout. "Shoulders"

probably same as yours. work out and lose some weight. except I will be doing more cardio/endurance. I want to break my personal record of 525 floors in 30 minutes.
Well, i haven't lifted since my car wreck over the summer (Dr's orders) but my body says it's time. Good thing for muscle memory, i should be right back within 6 weeks.
Other than that, nothing really......gonna stay the course.
Yeah... Lose fat, gain muscle. At 6'3" 178lbs - I would be way skinny or something. Need to lose like 10lbs of fat and gain 30lbs of muscle... how long does THAT take?! eek:
