Yeah, so my friend got this 77 Ford Bronco, comes with wench (can pull 9k lbs), roof rack, and get this... FOUR gun racks. We are going camping. Someone provide a basic list because I'm ig'nant and not sure what's really necessary. The enviroment: most likely desert-like.

have been, but too young to remember anything... and i remember it wasn't actually camping... because it was at a camp site with about 300 people around us and bathrooms. oOo:
bring water, food, booze, tents, propane grill , and some of those like sandboard things that get you unstuck from the sand.
Of course you could be like me when I go camping. I bring a bottle of whiskey, a knife and a pair of boots. I come out three days later, drunk, bloody knife, sweet ass beard and a full bearskin suit...
BOOTS I cant stress enough you need BOOTS to camp in the desert. God knows how many times they have saved me from scorpions and snakes in the CA deserts. Also you will need rope, Duct tape, a tent(and the things it needs) food, LOTS of water(x2 if you booze) and enough food for at least a day extra than what you plan on spending out there. Also have maps of the area, and a cell phone in case you need it. Oh and of course cloths for when its hot and for when it dips down into the fridgid night temps the desert gets.
