Honestly, outside gaming and compatability issues, Macs are superior IMO....
They've totally grown on me since I started my university course, and I'm definitely going to get one because they're pretty much industry standard for design.
How exactly are MAC's superior? Because they have singular streamlined design that makes product design and trouble shooting infinitely easier than a PC that can have a Million and One configurations? Because thats the ONLY reason a MAC doesnt have the widespread issues a PC does.
They both use the same damn components, and if someone wanted to OSX is just as easily exploitable as WINDOWS - or they wouldnt be saying "Oh hell, we need more money - lets make WINDOW's bootable".
Seriously - I'd love for someone to do a White Paper or some shit on just how technically, MAC/OSX are superior to PC/WINDOWS, other than being able to resale 10 year old MAC laptops to liberal art majors at a 10% discount of original purchase price.
