i have been working with frontpage to make websites for money, but i know that if i learn flash ill be much more in demand and can charge a lot more and make cooler sites.

where shall i find a copy of dreamweaver, and/or should i use another program too? tuts?

im thinkin of making myself a cool flash site to show of my designs and maybe like a blog, should be pretty simple to start out with.

Yep..I fucking HATE flash website they are shitty to navigate and dont even get me started on fucking flash intros. Anything that has the word Skip on it shouldnt be on a website.

Let alone the fact that google can crawl a flash intro website for info

I would really stay away from Frontpage. That thing spits out some horrible code.

Dreamweaver is better, but I still don't like it. I do everything in TextPad and Photoshop/ImageReady.

you can get "student versions" of Dreamweaver if you wanna shell out like $80. That's how I got it and it works out pretty well...

i use dreamweaver.

its nice for code completion and the references are also very nice. if you are wanting to use it for its "design" features id say try to learn a bit of html first ( pretty cliched thing to say but it will help you in the long run ).

i have serials for it if you want. as a matter of fact i have serials for all the macro studio 8 stuff. dl the trials and ill give you the serials if you want.

you people that are hating on flash sites probably haven't been anywhere other than retarded clan sites with the cliche intro and retarded navigation. flash has allowed for so much more innovation on the internet in all aspects of art, functionality, design, etc.
