Just in a nutshell, EA Sports is taking out old features of Madden for Xbox360 that one would expect to be in the new ones (for example, alternate uniforms, which have been a mainstay on the current gen). Now, they say there gonna put them back in because the fans want them in, but at an extra price per download. Thus, as time goes by, you're essentially buying the basic game for $60, with $X more in "exclusive content," raising the price of games to something ridiculous. This is whats happening with videogames now, and will only get worse if more exclusive licenses are signed (ala NFL, so that EA can only produce NFL games).

screw football games. I prefer watching or playing the genuine article. I just don't hope they follow with any other national sports.

Kinda like what they did with the bf2 "booster packs". Ea bought dice over a couple of days ago so expect to see more of that shit as well. oOo:

yeah, EA Sports for some reason is taking a lot features out of the 360 versions of their sports games, which imo is bull shit. For the price you pay. EA is so fucking gay its amazing. NHL only has a shoot out mode, and a dynasty mode. No mini games. Fucking faggots.

The only reason i went with NHL 07 over NHL 2k7 is because the graphics are better, and the new skill stick is fucking awesome.

Ive wondered why they've done that but Ive never expected anything much from them. I mean its the company that screwed up mohaa, bought out the nfl license cause they were scared of the competition that espn football was giving them, "booster" packs for BF, the list goes on.

I agree with you that if its on the regular generation games it should be on the next generation but it doesnt matter to me, Ive still got my xbox from when it first came out.
