Tigers problem is bullpen pitching right now their top two guys have been out for the last few months. coupled with sheff and thames being gone for a week or two = losing 8 out of last 11.

more angry than worried. in all reality the tigers should be up 10 games on the indians rather than a half game back if not for the terrible bullpen play when zumaya and rodney went down. That being said I have faith they will get it together.

also the Yankees caught up by playing 15 of their last 27 games since the allstar break against the two worst teams in baseball, Tampa and Kansas City.

detroit only played KC 3 times since the allstar break and had to play seattle and LA and Minnesota

the ship will be righted.

I have the calender marked for August 14th, that will make or break the season for the tigers
