how is the transaction from level to level in single player ? like , do you go to mission briefing or something . do you have personel informing you about your up and coming mission . do you get to keep all weapons you found and picked up in the previous level ?

oops, also with weapons again, will you be able to choose which hand you hold your weapon in ?? I'm left handed and having a gun in the right hand in games aswell as real life feels really weird.

To those who wants to know!
I didn’t post the reply twice just to stress my opinion. Somehow my first reply didn’t appear in the forum, nor did the second one. I just waited a few hours, and there it was. I guess it’s what’s called hitec.

I understand what you mean, but as you mention CGI stuff doesn’t have to be weird.
Just look at Titanic, Jurassic Park and the Gladiator.
With the graphic-tools available today, a talented person can create reality. That doesn’t mean that the weird stuff is made by a person without talent. I think the main reason is the hard schedule those guys have to deal with. However it’s also possible that they don’t want a big gap in quality between the animations and the game.
I’m looking forward to reality.

I hope the transitions between the main missions will be the ordinary black and white WWII footage, showing what’s going on. I also think the transitions should contain pre-rendered animations. Here is one example. You get your information for the next mission written on a paper like the previous games. When you finish, the perspective should change to a third person view were you can watch yourself and your crew sitting onboard in a plane ready to parachute. You jump and land safely on the ground. Then the perspective changes to a first person view, and off you go.
Maybe you have to pick up some weapons from a container as well.
I would also like to see some short animated sequences in the end of the levels, showing your escape.

that would be a nice touch . something like WW2 Fighters from Janes
and maybe some background music of the menus with music from that era
also ...is powell gona have a wife or girlfriend back in his hometown ? is he going to wright to her occationally ? are we going to see him say goodbye to her before he starts his important missions ? ....ok this idea might be going a little bit too overboard ...lol

Do you mean transition ?? Oh yeah, I hope we get to keep weapons we find, anyone remember Project IGI, ugh, even though it was a cool game, starting a new level with none of the weapons you picked up in the last level really sucked. Oh which brings me to another question, will there be in game saves ??

The black and white cutscenes are the best! I just hope they'll do that. And I agree some CGI is nice..but many they should have still CGI. Like in Medal of Honor...where they had a CGI pciture and then someone explaining the situation and then some black and white thrown in for realism.
