1. Friendly Fire (can kill your teammates)
2. No idea
3. If you have the v1.11 patch there are none or at least not many... If your really good, people with no skillz will call you a cheater.
4. A realism mod makes the weapons deal more damage so you get 1 hit kills, ect. It also might add more kick to guns or make them less accurate.
