AAN.net Server Invitation

Just wanted to let you all know that my server's running for those that didn't know. This is an open invitation for all members of aa.com to play on the server and get to know some of the regulars (already have a few).

Server Name: -=CKR=- AllAboutNothing.net v1.11 custom maps TDM -=CKR=-
Server IP: 205.177.13.80

We're currently running stock maps until we've had a chance to test some custom ones. You can find some, or all, of the maps we're interested in on the server info page along with some rules and other info. I'll be working on a centralized site after I'm satisfied with the maps and other small stuff.

All of the fuss I've given up lately about ping issues turns out to be my ISP's fault and I'm working on it, so the server aught to be no problem for most of you. Also, the server's in Norfolk, VA.

Anyway, hope to see some of you guys show up from time to time. Until then...

you will find that if you make your server obj you will get more visitors, i myself only plays obj.

Sorry to hear that Judas. I use ASE to connect and find it with no problem - I mean if I have to re-add it to favorites (and I have a couple times). I say try the IP.

BTW, pm me and I'll give you priveledged access. evil:

M@D, I've actually noticed that when I change it to OBJ no one shows up except a small number of people. If you show up, I'll switch it over. Although when we start running the custom maps, we'll probably play a lot more OBJ. Specifically Caen by MTV. That map looks AWESOME!

Colonel, thanks! I'm glad you had a good time. It was a lot of fun with you, Heat, Doc and Timmay tonight on TS. We really kicked some butt that way. evil:

I just got on and was able to play .. i connect via the ip address ... I dont get why i cant find it in ase .. ? Anyone got any ideas ?

Ive search for both the ip and server name in ase btw.

What server do you use as the scanner? I had some issues with the scanner server when I first started using ASE - damn thing kept timing out. Then I noticed a whole list of them and that there's one in the U.S. Just a thought, although I couldn't say either way.

OK i only have 2 pingers/scanners in my list ... I have tried both and still cant find the server ... Rude any idea why ?

Judas, go to eye servers and refresh the list.

If that doesn't do it try updating ASE.

Hope to see you there, Mime. Wish I wasn't spending so much time trying to put everything together so I could play a little more. I'm there usually at night, though.

Sorry for complicating things for ya boo ... oOo: Its really no problem to connect by ip ... i just can understand why in the heck i cant see it ...

No complications. Sorry I missed you if you were there. Truth is I've been having so many problems with my ISP as of late. My cable co. is completely unreliable, but at least when it's working the lag isn't as constant. The DSL just causes all kinds of lag, but usually it waits until I start playing.

Anyway, I'm hoping to have this sorted out soon and then put in some new maps. Really stoked about trying MTV's map.
