As a regular pointed out its getting annoying for some of the guys here seeing so many TS posts. If you check the TS sticky up top you'll see the second link is to the TS support/info/update thread. Thats the most organised way of posting about your problems as it lets others see if your problem is the same as theirs and what the solution might be.

Its also easier for me to see new techsupport questions as I get an email when there is a new post. Its too easy for a new post to get lost after page one.

So anyway try to confine questions to that specific thread okeedokee?
