Default Christmas BLOWS when you're older - 12-24-2002, 01:12 PM

Its basically just another day. When i was younger i was almost pissing myself in anticipation (not literally u fucktards biggrin: ) for christmas day, this last load of years its just been

Last christmas i really enjoyed was back in 1991, i was 12 and got a snes with 5 games one of which was streetfighter 2. Its not lack of presents or anything cause i normally get bombarded with them, just the excitements never there any more cry:

Bah someone send me back in time about 15 years so i can enjoy it again. oOo:

Meh...You guys are depressing sacks of shit! angel:

It's Christmas for god's sake! It's not all about presents! Shit, I get fuck all for christmas....It's the christmas spirit, the atmosphere...Everyone is being great to everyone, plus, you get video bills cut in half (Like I did Yesterday, w007!)

I wish people didn't need an excuse to treat each other like most people do on christmas, the world would be a much better place.

Christmas is just Hallmark's way of cashing in. They probaly invented it, either them or toy stores.

The holidays have always been boring for me...

Hell I'm 21 and I still wait in anticipation, because I still get gifts from my mother on Christmas day under the tree. On Christmas eve I also exchange gifts with my girlfriend, who gives me a crap load of gifts each year. I guess I'm just lucky, but I will always love Christmas. I also enjoy giving gifts to my girlfriend, as well as my family. When I have kids, they will have the best damn Christmas because I will make sure they are as lucky as I was when I was a kid. It's too bad that some people hate this holiday, because it's about being with your family, and the joy of giving and receiving presents. Oh, and don't forget about eating that Christmas dinner, that's always good.

I'm 20 now, and I still think christmas is ok, but I really don't like the fact that I'm beyond broke.

Christmas is awesome. I still ahve lots of anticipation for it at 19.

Sure, it won't make me not fall asleep like it used to, but its still a lot of fun.
