 Alright, I'm bout to pump out beta 5 of my vid.  I don't know whether to put it in MPEG or AVI format.  mpeg2 was what I had it in last, and it was good quality but big file.  I haven't tried .avi format though |

 Export it as wmv format using the high speed intranet option in vidowave 5.  It'll shave off quite a few meg and look almost as good as mpeg or avi.

 IMO, .AVI is more compressed than .MPG, and can be transformed into DiVX format for better quality, too. So I say go .AVI.
 PS: I couldn't open your last film with WMP 9 with Divx plugins!  cry:
