 Try looking up the Philips Brilliance line, I think the 21 inch is the Brilliance 201P. It might be a bit higher in the pricerange, but the quality is excellent. I have the 23 inch version. |

 I recommend viewsonic as well, but dont buy the "E" model.  Get on with a better refresh rate.
