hey im new here and i only know how to skin charecter and weapons and know i want to know how to make a scope crosshair so please help me out

Well if you have no prior experience with this sort of thing then you find that it is much harder than you think...

However you can start by getting some good software utilities.

Adboe Photoshop 7.0
Paint Shop Pro
Lightwave 7
