Those are all things you need to learn to do yourself. Except for the schoolbus, they are very basic brush work. You aren't going to progress by having somebody else do it. A good map takes about 200 hours.

Well, Balr is a very routined mapper, so if you dont trust him, then you should just drop the mapping all in all and go find a better thing to do.
