This skin is for anyone who didnt like the fact that there was no US snow soldier equivalent in MoHAA and that the ones in SH were shitty

I haven't seen any other snow soldier skins for the allies
this one looks like he has been out in the cold for a while...

Not bad at all. He's a bit different, thats whats good about it. Your right about the lack of winter skins for allies, but I did my part just recently for the Brits. Winter Paras...here;
