Ok i need help with the name of a kids tv show in the 90's me and a friend were talking about shows we liked and i meantioned a show where there made puppets and animals out of recyled goods. it was like Recycle Cycle or something, Can anyone think of the correct name or where i could go to find out, its really pissing me off now know what its call.

no i think it was 2 ladys who taught kids how to make catapillars and people out of like old egg cartons and milk juggs, and there were like 2 main puppets and one had huge red lips and was made out of like a pop bottle.
