fraps dont work for me

I load it up, I play a movie, usually just to see if I can get the frame rate in the screen (had it working before)

so it doesnt work, go in a game, fps isnt displaying, try takeing a SS, doesnt work, try to record, doesnt work, it's loaded and sitting in the task bar but doesnt work, I DLed the newest version plus tried using an older version I had.

What gives?

ok, I seem to be able to get the trial version (latest) to work, I just um..... need to make it the full.... version yea...

well what games are you talking about? some games have that feature built in, u just need to use a console command to activate is, for some games thats "stat fps"

Did you change the settings so it works in games right?

I've never had a problem with fraps.

I dont know what settings i need to change it to

Im trying to record myself playing BF2, and I dont want to use the battlerecorder.
