Okay so I was checking it at the store today and it said it need a 1.7 gig processer. Me being on the forfront of technology, has a 1 gig p3. I've got 512 mb of RAM and 9600 SE.

If settings are on LOW, can I run it?

You got no shot in hell of running that game with your machine. You might even lock up during the setup, let alone actually playing the game.
