They just want to get the public used to the idea of being tracked. I think I'll have to start a "Say No! to The Chip" campaign, soon.

you cant blame everything the government does on 9/11. They are doing this because the western world is turning more and more into a police nation. Soon you wont be able ot live without an ID chip placed in your brain which also makes you less violent or some stupid shit.
