drugs and alcohol should all be banned. if you are caught consuming either you should be shot dead on site.

It's not legalising it! It is the same law we have had in the uk for a while.
All it means is if you are stopped and have below a certain amount of the drug you just get it confiscated and sent on your way, where as before you could be arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

doesn't mean you can all head down mexico way with your bongs etcc lol
