Cool little mp3 player -
07-26-2007, 10:49 PM
a few days ago I got this creative zen v plus media player from buy.com, and its pretty sweet little thing, I really did not know it was going to be that smal when I bought it.
Anyways, sure I've been having fun loading it with my music collection, and some pics, but is there anything else I can do?
I know there has to be some software out there that you can load into almost any mp3 player so they perform other tasks.
What 'modifications' have you guys done to yours? Even if its a config to an ipod ... sure it might not work w/ my, but I just want to see the potential for these mp3 players.

I refuse to mod my iPod for fear of destroying it. I bought it as an mp3 player and that is the way it will stay...oh and to play vids.

My Creative Zen: Vision M 30gb is THE best thing I've ever bought.
Love it to pieces, never lets me down, screen for video looks amazing, sound is crystal, layout, software, patches - all fantastic. I can't fault it.
To be honest I've not attempted to hack it at all but if you go on the Creative Zen official forums you'll no doubt find some tips. I found out loads I could do with mine from a thread on there...
