Default Help meeee! Game crashes rampant. - 08-31-2002, 07:56 PM

Hey,

My new comp stuff finally arrived. I have Tribes and Battlefield1942 on (Ill put MOHAA on soon as its fixed :) ) BOTH games freeze intermittently. Tribes within 3 minutes, BF1942 randomly.

Specs:

Radeon 64mb vivo (I had this before.. it worked with Tribes)
Asus A7S333 (new mobo)
256b mb pc2700 ddr ram
Amd XP 1700+ cpu

Now, why in the world does it lock up!?

I have the latest drivers for everything, mobo, sound card, vid card, everything.

Help would be appreciated. Oh yeah, I just formatted my HD, so there shouldnt be many/any conflicts. Thanks.
