I made a Boo-boo :( HELP!!

I accidently deleted the german_scientist.tik file from my pak0 . Can someone please help me get back my beloved scientist. He doesnt show up in my model select menu anymore

and I really dont want to reinstall the game. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks swordfight:
