You can not whisper to just one player, you can either talk to all or just your team.

If you're looking for a friend when playing MOH, my best suggestion is to either get Gamespy (http://www.gamespy.com) or the All-Seeing Eye (http://www.udpsoft.com/eye/) Make your friend ur buddy, and whenever he's on one of these programs, you can see where he is, what game hes playing, etc.

Now, to talk to them, like Sim said, whispering cannot be done in MOH. You can try a voicechat program, though. Try Teamspeak or Roger Wilco.
