1) Have you checked to make sure the audio panel in the Medal of Honor options screen is set up correctly?
2) Is this just while playing the game; can you listen to music or hear any other audio while the game isn't running?
3) Have you run the repair tool avialable from the Medal of Honor install menu?
If Yes to 1 and 3, and No to 2: Reinstall your Sound Card drivers.
If Yes to 1 and 3 and Yes to 2: Reinstall Medal of Honor: Allied Assault.
If No to 1 and/or 3: Complete the steps indicated.

Yea it's not the sound card. I can still listen to music and shit, and everything is put up on the game menu. It's wierd, I think the prob lies in my DXDIAG like Joe said. I've messed round with that thing all this weeek.

I'd tell you to reinstall directX, but even I dunno how to do that the right way. I guess just get your hands on the newest game you have, and use the installer from there. Dunno if that will reset ur sounds issue, though.
