This is a survey post to see what amount of interest and support would be available if custom mappers pooled their talents and released a MOHAA map pack. I had mixed emotions about the maps included in SH and remembered the great map packs for Counter Strike and how they were better than the originals.

Would anyone be willing to work on and donate their creations to this?
Put together a survey team to collect, test and judge the maps. Have someone make a nifty installer to make it as idiot proof as possible too.

Maps which are as beautiful and detailed as they are playable. Also maybe maps not based on the same scenarios we've seen a dozen times, meaning pre-Normandy invasion would be cool too. Reply to this if you're interested and serious. Heck maybe we could get the endorsement of Alliedassault.com and make it their exculsive map pack.

I like the idea. i personally don't have any maps out yet (but i am working hard on my first one!) it would be a lot like the map contests out there right now, but i think if you included a lot more maps, say, with three winners to be included for each category it would be cool.

there are plenty of nice map packs on http://www.mobclan.com site. Lots of quality maps there.
