A little late, but yes, the P4 now comes in 3.06Ghrz chips! (Time to update Rudedog! lol)

Well if you want to say, get a vector or matrix some calculations would need this much processor if the question is large.

There are some questions that computers cannot figure out because it takes way too long. Years and years even with todays computers. But for the average person, your right, we don't need it.
