Default Which tank do you prefer? - 12-23-2002, 03:04 AM

Well, I just finished watching this doc on modern tanks, it basically showcased the world's modern generation tank and what they do. ALL the tanks mentioned above have their qualities, so it's pretty hard to determine the best. Some pics:
The Leclerc:

The T-90:

The Leopard 2:

The M1A1:

The Challenger mk2:

Now, we can sit here and debate about who's tank is better, each tank has its qualities. The french Leclerc, being the lightest and most manuverable modern tank, The T-90 for being simple to operate, and for it's reactive armour, The german Leopard, able to be completely submerged, and it's the most commcercially successful tank in the recent times, the M1a2 having cutting edge computer targeting systems, and the Challenger for having the best armour in this generation of tanks. So, we can all sit here and throw facts at eachother, but let's not, let's just admire how fine these machines of warfare are.
