What is your opinion on the best mobo out there? I would be using this computer mainly for gaming, and I'm most likely getting an Pentium Processor.

I'm in the process of building my first system. 2 of the best motherboards out there are. . .
ASUS http://www.asus.com/
and
Soyo http://www.soyousa.com/
A good place to go that I'm using for hardware research is http://www.extremetech.com

Yes.
My eye is on a Asus. Looking for a good mobo that supports DIMM or RIMM slots, NO audio embedded, or anything else.
Most likely going INTEL for a processor. Not sure.

Not sure, Bleuachdu. Most likely an Intel Chipset since I'm getting an Intel processor... doesn't really matter to me, as long as it's stable and does the job.
What do you guys think of RIMM slots, RD RAM? I hear RD RAM is the fastest out there, but is it stable?

If you plan to get a geforce 4 get a mobo that has 8x AGP slot so it goes as fast as it can swordfight:

IF you're interested in the RD ram, check out the Intel 850 chipset.
