[quote:376bf]TOTAL CEREAL: A great fuel to light your jets in the morning
Feb 19 '01

The Bottom Line If you are going to eat cereal in the mornings, TOTAL is a good choice.

I have been a fan of TOTAL cereal for several years now. I like the raisin brand kind in the purple box. Why?

Well, first of all, like the ads say, they have 100% of most of the vitamins you need to get through the day. I can't always be where my vitamin pills are because of a brain deficiency I have called forgetfulness, but if I eat TOTAL I cover my bets.

I have always liked sugar or some other sweetener on my cereal. This is why my dentist can afford a new Ferrari: people like me were brought up on sugary cereal and we ruined our teeth that way. But with TOTAL raisin brand (in the purple box) those raisins add a natural sweetener to the cereal that is a good sugar replacement. That cuts down on dentist visits too.

And the raisin brand? Well, in addition to its obvious internal cleansing effects, it has that fiber in it that cleans your intestines free of some of the bad things that can cause some health problems along the way.

The only problem with eating TOTAL is that I have a teenager in the house who uses up all the milk and puts the milk jug with all-but-a-thousandth-of-an-inch-of-milk gone back in the fridge, and when you pour it on your bowl, that is about enough milk left to wet down one flake of cereal. But other than that, no complaints. And it's not the cereal's fault.

My brain always feels better in the morning when I have eaten some TOTAL. It's not a bad habit to get into. It's not fattening like Danish pastry or sugared donuts for breakfast nor is it as trendy as papaya juice, but it is a great way to get going and probably one of your healthier breakfast choices.

I give TOTAL cereal a TOTAL recommendation!

there you have it
