Uh yeah, since most games are not DX9 compatible. I think only a select few are.

I'm having no problems at all with it and it is not BETA, it is the full version. Make sure your video card drivers are the most current. Nvidia came out with new drivers on 12/3.

As Jedi said, it was confirmed that they well full-version drivers, and they work properly.

I remember you needed a certian requirement for DX8, but dunno what it was. I'm sure you need the same ones to get DX9.
