I have a cable connection and when in a game i have very good ping (between 20-30)however when some servers have a max ping setting of say....300 i get timed out and in the console it says booted for high ping??
Now as i said earlier my ping never goes over 75 once im in a game, so its annoying and frustrating that im limited to join servers that have no max ping setting.
What i have found when pressing TAB is that when the map changes i get into the game about 8-10 seconds after the other players, and was wondering if this could be to do with the processor only being 800? or any other reason.
Its not as if i would lag the server whatsoever ,and i agree with setting a max ping but,as you may understand being booted for high ping when you dont have high ping can umm...piss you off.
If anyone knows why this is happening i'd appreciate it.
