Server setting up problem -
12-27-2002, 12:53 PM
I used MOHAA Runner 0.1.2 for setting up server. This worked fine until I dl the canal and some other new maps @ modtheater yesterday. Cant be sure that those maps caused the problem but thats the best I can think of.
Anyways the server shuts down immediately telling me "CG_Command_ProcessFile: ubersound/ubersound.scr
********************
ERROR: SV_FindIndex: overflow max512 create1 name sound/weapons/explo/exp_interior_02.wav0
********************
----- Server Shutdown -----
==== ShutdownGame ===="
So theres something wrong with the ubersound. I dont have a backupfile of ubersound. How can I fix this?

No, this has something to do with memory. I forgot, but saw this a while back.

I have 512 mb ddr. Doesnt sound like a memory prob. BTW does any1 know are there any limitations for mods, like skins, maps and other stuff. Could it be I have too many mods in main folder, and canal map just caused the "flood"?

This means a memory problem. 512 = 512MB. Try running config.exe in the MOH folder. Also, change your virtual memory to 1050 minimum, 1100 maximum.

Did you try removing the maps you thought caused the problem to see if it resolved the issue?

hrm. ..dunno man. Maybe you can try reapplying the patch, or try formating your system if worse comes to worse.

You should go and see if you can find some help on the MOHadmin forums. Those guys actually know what they're doing. [peer Joe]
