Ok it was the beginning of the level where i just got done killing that cernal. I was running with those two british paratroopers down the road until a tiger tank killed one of them then the captain told me to get onto the 88 flak cannon when the tank came bck i shot it like three times and it didnt die and it just shot my captain and i failed the mission. I shot it direct hit and nothing happen. Can somebody help?

Ok i did wat the sticky said and still im shooting the tank and nothing happens. Am i suppose to delete something else, or reinstall the game, Wat should i do?

Try taking out ANY maps, mods and skins you have. See if this helps.
