If it's Canada, forget about most places on the internet.

they're supposed to, they shoot hollow 6mm pellets. either gas operated or battery, i have a battery thompson and m4 and they look super realistic. have everything from m24 to kar98s to ak47s to m60s, good stuff

Yep, as stikor says they shoot pellets.
Its basically paintball with pellets.

you do NOT want to be hit by a psg1 sniper pellet. heavy things and they hurt like hell!
I have a g3 sg1, a brilliant all round gun, great for sniping, assault, and support. i fitted upgraded gears, so its shoots harder and faster. People think its just standard, and that it doesnt have good range, but they soon find out different cool:
I have a soccom sidearm and its fun clearing out a building or bunker with one, kind of like an insult kill, like pistol whipping in MOHAA.
I got a direct hit by a grenade one time, i had to miss the rest of the game as i couldnt walk without hurting. All in good fun though
Its an expensive hobby though....but a great laugh.

Here is some info on an airsoft m1 garand........near the bottom of the page...

http://squadx.ukairsoft.net/modules.php ... ew_topic=6

in short, it is gas powered (which is a bit of a drag as it means having to buy refils all the time) and is expected to go on sale sometime this summer.
Ohh, and there will be a soundbox fitted in the rifle butt, for all the genune sounds and tha wonder *pling* when a bandalier is finished.
