something like DoD studios would be perfect....if you check the HTTP to my sig...the url is my IP address...and i use a server....so, i was thinking people could just upload to a folder on my cpu...

Well, I'm almost positive that the DoD Studios uses a regular setup: PHP script, SQL Database, FTP file hosting. In this case, your IP to your PC would act as your FTP, but you would need to setup a MySQL server on that PC with PHP extensions (PHP 4.0). For something LESS complicated, just setup FTP access to your PC.
