These are the same doctors who perform the same operation hundreds of
times a year and consequently, save hundreds : one mistake sucks but it
isn't the end of the world. Besides, I'm not convinced the operating surgeon
was at fault here: I'm sure someone else takes care of selecting the organs.
Shit happens: deal with it.

but I think it is another departments fault. The deal with the organs and categorize them and stuff.

Also, just because a person is a relative doesn't mean I will feel any
differently for them: immediate family is excluded from that.
In any case, it's kinda stupid that the family won't give up the organs
for others to benefit from her death (as bad as that is to say)...
