Everytime I get an error page, or somtin timed out I always get this shit

On a serious note. Maybe the host http://www.xupiter.com/ dosnt have DNS registered in your area. Try and find the IP to the site, and skip the domain services.

Try contacting your ISP, if they can't hit it they will (should) contact the host and find a solution.
