Scope Making

I'm looking for a tutorial on how to make a sniper scope using Photoshop, not PSP, i've seen the ones for PSP but it sucks ass. i know there's one out there for photoshop cause i had it when MOHAA first came out. can anyone help me out.

well old lad wouldnt agree wi u there i make all my scopes on psp..

yup simo CORRECT .. and for all the scopes suck ass made from psp means u think 99% of the scopes suck so no help comin from my party..

well most of the scopes i've seen do suck ass. my opinion
psp doesn't have close to the functionality that photoshop does. i didn't say i couldn't do them in psp, i was just stating my opinion of the product. if i wanted your opinion i would have asked for it, but i didn't.
