Change UK to US skin?

Can someone tell me how to change the SAS (UK) skin into a US skin?

We are using the SAS guy as a basis for my clan skin, but would like the US weapons.

Also, is it possible to have a allied player to start with axis weapons in this same way? Just wondering... oOo:

I have sent him an e-mail, and I have DEMANDED all knowledge to be RIPPED from his MIND and stored in a national archive. Unfortunately, this proceedure is fatal 98% of the time. angel:
