Everyone says that where you host the game in the game you just change on maprotation...but it wont work...or is that second or minutes?

I wonder how to change the timelimit in one game until it restart and everyone go back to 0 in stats. If you play a clan match in c.s you play with a time limit and when it have reacht the limit you have put, everyone goes back to 0 in stats.
I am not asking how to change the time in just one round....i am asking how to change the timelimit for for more then just one round.
I need it becasue i am going to play a clan match soon and have to know how change the timelimit.
